Adjusting Grid-Connection Voltage Parameters
How to widen the inverter's grid-connection voltage range using ShineBus, ShineToolx, or ShineServer.
In some rural areas the grid voltage fluctuates widely, so when the inverter connects to the grid the mains voltage often exceeds the upper limit of the inverter's grid-connection voltage range. You can restore grid-connected power generation by widening the inverter's grid-connection voltage range parameters. The voltage limits can be adjusted in the following ways:
- Set the inverter's upper and lower grid-connection voltage limits with the ShineBus parameter-setting software.
- Set the inverter's upper and lower grid-connection voltage limits with the ShineToolx parameter-setting software.
- If the inverter is equipped with a remote monitoring system, you can make the settings remotely by logging in to the ShineServer website.
