Inverter Operation & Maintenance Guidelines

Routine inspection and maintenance requirements for keeping the inverter running safely and reliably.

  1. The inverter's structure and electrical connections should remain intact, with no corrosion, dust accumulation, or similar issues. The cooling environment should be good, and the inverter should not produce significant vibration or abnormal noise while running.

  2. The warning labels on the inverter should be complete and undamaged.

  3. The cooling fans of the modules, reactors, and transformers inside the inverter should start and stop automatically according to temperature, and this function should work normally. The cooling fans should not produce significant vibration or abnormal noise while running. If any abnormality occurs, power off and inspect.

  4. Periodically disconnect the AC output side (grid side) circuit breaker once; the inverter should immediately stop feeding power to the grid.

  5. If the DC bus capacitor inside the inverter overheats or has exceeded its service life, it should be replaced promptly.
