Grid Voltage Out of Range (AC V Outrange)
Why the inverter shows "AC V Outrange" when the mains voltage exceeds its grid-connection voltage range, and how to fix it.
When the mains voltage exceeds the inverter's grid-connection voltage range, the inverter's LCD shows "AC V Outrange".
You can resolve this as follows:
- Use a thicker AC output cable. The thicker the cable, the lower its impedance.
- Install the inverter closer to the grid-connection point. The shorter the cable, the lower its impedance.
- If the rural grid voltage itself exceeds the inverter's grid-connection voltage range, raise the inverter's grid-connection voltage upper limit appropriately.
